Heidi (operated at pleaseheidi.com) is a platform that connects clients with vetted support providers for non-clinical, non-sexual companionship and peer-style emotional support. This includes services like appointment accompaniment, listening sessions, public companionship, and platonic physical comfort (such as hand-holding or being held), always within clearly defined and mutually agreed boundaries.
Heidi is not a therapy service, a medical service, an escort service, a dating platform, or a sexual services marketplace. Nothing that happens on or through Heidi should be interpreted as mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional counseling.
To use Heidi as either a client or a provider, you must:
Providers must additionally be at least 21 years old and successfully complete the full vetting process, including background screening and provider orientation, before offering any services.
Geographic availability is limited and subject to change. Heidi makes no guarantee that services will be available in your area at any given time.
All services facilitated through Heidi are strictly and unambiguously non-sexual. Any behavior, communication, or request of a sexual nature — from either a client or a provider — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
This includes but is not limited to: solicitation of sexual services, sexual communication during or outside of sessions, and any physical contact of a sexual nature. Violations may also be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
Providers explicitly agree, as a condition of participation, that they will not offer, perform, or accept compensation for any sexual services. Clients explicitly agree that they will not request, solicit, or attempt to negotiate any sexual services through the platform.
By using Heidi, you agree to:
Booking and cancellation policies are established at the platform level and are subject to change. Specific terms — including notice periods, fees for late cancellations, and provider-set policies — will be displayed at the time of booking.
Full booking and cancellation details will be published when Heidi launches in your area. This section will be updated accordingly.
All payments are processed through Heidi's secure payment system. Rates are set by the platform and vary by session type and provider tier. Heidi collects a service fee on each transaction.
All sales are final. Heidi does not offer refunds.
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. Identity documents submitted for verification are handled by our secure third-party partner and are not stored permanently on Heidi servers.
If you experience or witness a violation of these Terms — including any sexual conduct, harassment, or safety concern — please report it immediately:
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Heidi takes every report seriously and will investigate promptly.
Heidi reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user — client or provider — who violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Violations of the non-sexual conduct policy result in immediate and permanent termination with no right of appeal.
You may also close your account at any time by reaching out via our contact page. Account closure does not delete data we are legally required to retain.
Heidi is a platform connecting independent parties. We do not employ providers, and sessions represent independent contracted services between consenting adults. Heidi is not responsible for the conduct of individual providers or clients during or outside of sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heidi's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim. Heidi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in this section limits Heidi's obligations with respect to user safety reporting or our responsibility to conduct thorough provider vetting as described in our Safety documentation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heidi is incorporated. Specific governing law and dispute resolution terms will be published at launch.
This section will be updated with the applicable jurisdiction and arbitration terms prior to platform launch.
