Identity documents submitted for verification are handled by our third-party partner and are typically deleted from their systems within 30 days of the verification decision. We do not retain copies of government-issued IDs on Heidi servers.
Session data (booking records, ratings) may be retained for up to 3 years for platform safety and dispute resolution purposes.
