Provider Vetting Process

Before any provider can accept a session, they complete a rigorous multi-step verification process. There are no shortcuts, no exceptions.

Government ID Verification

Every provider submits a valid government-issued ID through our secure third-party verification partner. Name, photo, and identity are confirmed before any application moves forward.

Criminal History Screening — All 50 States

A comprehensive criminal background check is run across all 50 states. Any felony convictions disqualify an applicant immediately. Heidi covers the cost of this check for all providers.

Sex Offender Registry Check — Mandatory, No Exceptions

Every provider is screened against the national sex offender registry before they are approved. A match results in immediate and permanent disqualification — no appeals, no exceptions.

Ongoing Monitoring

Where legally permitted, we conduct periodic re-screening to ensure provider records remain clear throughout their time on the platform. Safety is not a one-time box to check.

Provider Orientation (~2 hours, self-paced)

Before going live, every provider completes our orientation training covering: consent frameworks, boundary-setting, session best practices, reporting procedures, and platform rules. Completion is required — not optional.

Session Safety Framework

First sessions always take place in public locations or professional settings during business hours
Private sessions only available after mutual positive session history and explicit consent from both parties
Session-specific boundary agreements signed before every meeting — expectations are documented, not assumed
Optional pre-session video call available to establish comfort before meeting in person
In-app secure messaging monitored for boundary violations and inappropriate requests
Panic/report button accessible during every active session for immediate escalation

What Heidi Is Not

Heidi is not a therapy service, escort service, dating platform, or sexual services marketplace. All services are strictly non-sexual. Any provider or client who violates this is immediately and permanently removed from the platform — with no recourse for reinstatement.
